These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website eliteassistglobal.com and the services provided by EliteAssist Global ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We connect clients with pre-vetted virtual assistants and provide related administrative, operational, customer-support and executive-support services. Specific deliverables, hours and pricing are agreed in your chosen plan or a separate engagement agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services.
3. Plans, billing & changes
- Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- You may scale your hours up or down, or cancel, in line with the terms of your plan. There are no long-term contracts unless separately agreed.
- Pricing shown on the Site is indicative and may change; the price in your active agreement governs.
- Any satisfaction guarantee or unused-hours roll-over applies as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, lawful tasks only, and the access your assistant needs to do the work. You are responsible for the activity conducted through accounts you grant access to.
5. Confidentiality & data protection
We treat your information as confidential and engagements are covered by an NDA. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site or our services to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work product created specifically for you under a paid engagement belongs to you once paid for, as set out in your agreement.
8. Third-party tools
The Site uses third-party services (for example, the tawk.to live-chat widget). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Statistics and testimonials on the Site are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteAssist Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to the terms of your active plan.
